SHIPPING METHODS AND POLICIES
The following Shipping Schedule is generally followed:
If your order is received before 12:00 noon, PST on a business day it is scheduled to ship at the end of that day or the following (non-holiday) business day, depending on stock and shipping method.
Tracking information will be posted to your account within the store.hemisyncforyou.com site as soon as it becomes available. Please call us at 1-866-436-4796 if you need tracking information sooner than it appears in your order status ( for your USPS shipped items).
PACKAGING
Orders that Are Sent to USA 'Ship To' Addresses: using standard shipping -
(USPS Priority, First Class, UPS Ground):
Orders of 1 book, or 4 cds or less
- USPS Priority, USPS First Class, as their shipping method will generally ship in padded envelope via USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope, and First Class respectively, insured with Delivery Confirmation.
- UPS Ground on the order quanitity / type mentioned above will ship in a padded envelope, or envelope with bubble wrap. UPS tracking information will be recorded / sent from their system to your email address at the time of shipment.
Orders of multiple books, and 5 - 10 single CDs or CD sets (ie. The Gateway Experience)
- Priority Mail or First Class as the shipping method selected, will be packaged in a Flat Rate Priority Box, or rectangular box, insured with Delivery Confirmation.
- UPS Ground as the selected shipping method will also use rectangular packaging, and the tracking information for your Ground shipment will emailed to you by UPS.
Orders of accessories, such as speaker pillows, headphones, and CDs bundled with speaker pillows, and /or books

By USPS Priority Mail the order will be packaged in a rectangular box, insured with Delivery Confirmation.

UPS Ground as the selected shipping method will also use rectangular packaging, and the tracking information for your Ground shipment will emailed to you by UPS..
USPS Express, UPS Next Day, 2nd Day:
Bill-to Customers will receive tracking information on all Expedited and Express Orders on the same day your order ships, using the similar packaging methods as described above.
Orders that Are Sent to NON-USA, International 'Ship To' Addresses:
Orders of 1 book, or 4 cds or less that have USPS Priority International, USPS First Class International as their shipping method will generally ship by padded envelope by First Class International or USPS Priority Flat Rate International , Insured with NO Delivery Confirmation, only a customs number. To have accurate and reliable tracking for International Shipments, we recommend selecting USPS Express or UPS shipping methods.
Orders of multiple books, and 5 - 10 single CDs or CD sets (ie. The Gateway Experience) ordered with First Class or Priority Mail selected, will usually be packaged in a rectangular box, or Flat Rate Priority Box, insured with NO Delivery Confirmation, only a customs number.
