My child has ADD / ADHD

My 6 year old son has ADD, and until I found this site I was very hesitant about using music for relaxing him. I thought it might not relax him and distract him even more.
But after using the CDs for about an hour with a boom box set on low volume, I was really able to observe an improvement in his demeanor. Especially at times when I needed to sit still for reading to him a story at bed time. He responded well to the music playing softly in the background.
